We cannot gaurantee shipping times. Order Processing: Orders placed after 3PM EST may not be processed the same day. Order processing may take 24-48 hours. Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All product returns require a return authorization number before being shipped back to Redemption or the manufacturer.
